- Shipping & Delivery
Just a note about Shipping and Local Delivery -- We are happy to deliver your basket anywhere in the Charleston/ North Charleston/ Mt. Pleasant area, as well as the islands surrounding them, and we ship anywhere in the USA. Appropriate shipping or delivery charges will be billed to the customer credit card in addition to the original cost of the product ordered, and may not appear on the original receipt.
If you will be picking up your basket at the store, just select "same as Billing Address" as the shipping address and "Cash on Delivery" as the payment option. No credit card information will be taken on the internet and you can just pay for your purchase when you pick it up. Please include the date and time that you would like to pick up your purchase in the "special information" field.
Most deliveries and shipped orders are sent within 24 hours, and usually on the day that the order is received. You will receive a shipping notice with a tracking number on shipped basket orders. You can track your basket with this number on the UPS website(we do not assume responsibility for the delivery or delivery notification of shipped baskets.) Please be aware that we are unable to ship our deli specialties due to potential spoilage, but we can include them in our locally delivered baskets. You will receive an email when your local basket is delivered. Perishable items such as chocolate will be shipped with a cold pack in warm weather, but we are unable to absolutelry guarentee that no damage will occur during transit.
Occasionally, it may be necessary for us to substitute a selected basket component with a comparable item due to inavailability of the ordered item, but we will never increase the price of your basket to accomidate a substitution. We appreciate your business, and just want you to be as happy as possible!
